Project Overview
Love Carpe Diem is a hotel animation agency connecting enthusiastic candidates with opportunities in resorts and tourism. DEFYNE created its website and manages its social media presence across Instagram and TikTok, with a strong focus on recruitment, employer branding and authentic storytelling.
The Challenge
Hotel animation is difficult to explain through traditional recruitment communication. Potential candidates want to understand what the job actually looks like, who they will work with and what kind of experience they can expect. The brand needed to attract new applicants while remaining professional and credible to its hospitality partners.

DEFYNE designed a clear and approachable website that introduces the agency, explains the role of an animator and makes applying for a position simple.
We also manage Instagram and TikTok, producing content with Love Carpe Diem’s animators—from concepts and filming to editing, publishing and ongoing optimisation. In addition, we maintain the website to keep the information and available opportunities current.
